Larry S. Hart, Ph.D., ABPP, FAACP has served as an expert witness and examiner in the field of psychology for more than 25 years. He is an ABPP board-certified clinical psychologist with the American Board of Professional Psychology, a Fellow with the American Academy of Clinical Psychology, an Oregon Licensed Psychologist and Oregon Certified Forensic Evaluator and a recognized researcher in the substance abuse fields. He holds the Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology (CPQ) awarded from the Association of State and Provincial psychology Boards where he has met specific requirements in licensure, education, examination, and training and has never had disciplinary actions taken against his license. About 43 Jurisdictions accept the CPQ and have agreed to accept the holder’s education preparation, supervised experience and examination performance for licensure. He has provided attorneys, federal courts and government or the private sector with consultative examinations in the field of psychology as an expert in the assessment or determination of:
